"I hate all of you! Go away! Leave me alone!" Honoka screamed at Hoshiko.

"Honoka...sweetie, let me help." Hoshiko took a step toward her.

"No!" She screamed. Honoka had tried to dye her hair for the millionth time, but the purple of her hair was so strong, not even black hair dye could cover it.

"Honoka...you're such a beautiful girl. Why do you want to dye your hair?" Hoshiko asked as she stayed her ground. She didn't want to approach her in case the girl fled or something.

"I hate it!" She cried, tugging at it. "Where's Masaru!?"

"He's with Hatori..." Hoshiko frowned. "Please, Honoka, sweetie...calm down, okay?"

"No!" She cried, tugging harder at her hair.

Hoshiko moved to her and took Honoka's hands. "Hunny, you can't do that...You'll hurt yourself."

“I don't care!" She cried, pulling away from Hoshiko to tug more.

"Honoka...sweetie, I'm serious. You have to stop that. You have such pretty hair." She frowned.

"Leave me alone!" She screamed, lashing out as she punched Hoshiko's stomach.

Hoshiko's eyes widened as she fell to her knees. She hadn't been expecting that and let go of Honoka's hands to hold her stomach. She coughed and gasped as her mind raced. Was her baby okay?

Honoka growled and ran away upstairs.

"Ha...Hatori...!" Hoshiko screamed for him, panicked.

Hatori came running in from the kitchen, blinking. "Hun, what's wrong?" He breathed as he kept down beside her.

Hoshiko was shaking. She was so scared. "H-Honoka...she...she punched the baby..." She panted, her eyes wide.

He blinked. "Calm down, okay? I'll take a look..." He breathed as his hands brightened in a green glow.

Hoshiko nodded as she looked at him, blinking back tears. She didn't want to lose the baby.

After a moment he pulled his hand back. "The baby is fine, just shaken up like you are." He smiled and kissed the tip of her nose. "You gonna be okay?"

She closed her eyes and nods, placing a hand to her stomach. A tear rolled down her cheek. "Y-Yeah..." She sniffled. She had been so scared of losing her baby. "H-Hatori...I can't get through to her...She doesn't want to listen..." She breathed.

"You mean Honoka?"

Hoshiko nodded. "Yeah..."

He sighed. "I don't know what's wrong with that girl... where's her brother?"

"He was supposed to be with you..." Hoshiko blinked.

He blinked. "He was? I haven't seen him since Riku left."

"Where did he go?" She asked.

...

"Boo!" Masaru chuckled as he jumped out at his twin.

Honoka looked at him blankly.

Masaru grinned wide and tilted his head. He brushed his black streak back. "I found you~"

She sighed. "How'd you escape that guy?"

Masaru chuckled. "I was never with that guy~" He stuck his tongue out at her. "I just told Koko that I was gonna go with him and slipped away~" He smirked. "What about you?"

"I punched her and ran." She said, walking passed him.

"Whoa~" Masaru followed after her. "So what now?"

"I'm getting out of here..." She said, looking over her shoulder at him. "Coming?"

Masaru blinked and tilted his head. "Out of here? Like...where?"

"Away from this family." She said.

"Why?" He asked following her to their room.

"I hate everyone here but you."

"Why?" He asked again, watching her start to pack a bag.

"Are you going to irritate me or pack?" She hissed.

He grinned wide and went over to get his backpack, packing his own clothes and things. "I'm coming~"

She paused in packing her bag to go and wrap her arms around Masaru, pressing her face into his chest. "I love you, brother... thank you..."

Masaru's grin softened as he rubbed her back. "What would you do without me?" He chuckled softly.

"Die..." She breathed, pulling back to smile up at him. She leaned up to kiss the corner of his lips before going back to finish packing.

“Well then, I guess I'm never gonna leave you~" He smiled as he scratched the back of his head. He went to finish packing before throwing it over his shoulder. "Ready?"

She tossed her own bag over her shoulder before looking at him, giving a solid nod. "Ready."

"And where do you two think you're going?" Sayuri cocked an eyebrow as she leaned against the doorframe.

Honoka growled as she whirled around to see Sayuri. "Get lost!"

Sayuri pointed at the twins as Shi goo shot from her finger and ensnaring them so they couldn't move. "I'm sure your parents wouldn't like it if you two suddenly disappeared." She stated. She'd been coming back from the bathroom when she'd noticed the two troublemakers. Rune would have to keep waiting.

Honoka's hair turned a fiery red as both of her eyes matched. "Let us go!!" She screamed. "Fucking bitch!!"

Sayuri narrowed her eyes and shot another glob of goo to Honoka's mouth, though avoiding her nose so she could still breathe. "Finally. You stopped talking." She breathed.

"Hey! You can't do that!" Masaru yelled.

"You too." Sayuri shot another thing of goo at Masaru to match his twin.

"What the hell are you doing?" Kana breathed as she came from the room down the hall

"We have two runaways...who are noisy." Sayuri shrugged. "I was just being nice and stopping them for Riku, Anita, and Kaoru. I'm sure they wouldn't want to lose them."

Kana blinked as she looked at the twins. "Runaways? What for? This family is great."

Masaru simply mumbled into the goo as he tried to explain, but of course, he couldn't speak.

Sayuri sighed. "I don't know why they wanted to run away, but they were. We can't let that happen." She shook her head.

Kana sighed. "Uncover Masaru's mouth... he's trying to talk..."

Sayuri blinked and snapped her fingers.

Masaru gasped before looking at them. "We hate it here!" He yelled at them.

“But why... we've never done anything to you..." Kana breathed.

“We just hate it here! It sucks!" Masaru yelled.

Sayuri frowned. "Are those your own thoughts or Honoka's?" She cocked an eyebrow.

Masaru was silent.

Kana frowned. "Clearly they are. You have no reason to hate us, Masaru... you just copy her..."

Masaru glared at her.

Sayuri sighed. "We'll just keep them like this until Riku comes home..."

Kana nodded. "He should be back soon... they were just taking the twins to be looked at.

She nodded. "Alright...Then we'll just keep them here." She breathed and moved to shut the door. She locked it with Shi goo, knowing the twins didn't have the power to do anything about that.

Masaru looked to Honoka and frowned. "Sissy?"

Honoka looked at Masaru, frowning. "Do you only copy me? Do... do you actually hate the family?"

"Of course I hate them!" Masaru told her. "I hate them as much as you do!"

She frowned. "Why?"

“Because look at me!" Masaru ran his hand through his hair. "I have a streak of black in my hair...No one has that...and then all these freckles! I hate these freckles...I don't look like anyone..."

She frowned. "Masaru... you don't really have a reason... we both know that..."

“Of course I do!" Masaru nodded. "I don't wanna lose you..." He mumbled.

"Masaru... I'm sorry..." She leaned her head on his shoulder. "I love you... I don't want to lose you either..."

Masaru frowned and kissed her head. "Promise we'll stay together? Forever?"

"I promise..." She breathed. "But... are you sure this is what you want?"

He nodded. "Yeah...I love you sissy." He smiled softly.

She smiled. "Kiss me..."

Masaru blinked and tilted his head. "Like...Mommy and Daddy do?"

She nodded.

"Okay..." Masaru turned to face her properly. He gently grabbed her face and leaned in, pressing his lips to hers.

Her eyes fluttered as she wrapped her arms around his neck. She had wanted this for so long. She could only love Masaru. The rest of the family ticked her off.

Masaru felt something ripple through him. It felt good to kiss Honoka. He never realized that kissing was so good. He had felt a strong need to be with her, but he thought it was because they were brother and sister. It turned out that that wasn't true. He truly wanted to be with her because he liked her.

She deepened the kiss like she had watched family members do time and time again. As long as she had her twin, she didn't need anything else.

Masaru made a startled noise as he hadn't expected that. This was all new to him and he felt embarrassed that he wasn't quite sure of what to do. But, if he and Honoka were meant to be, she wouldn't leave him because of this. In fact, she would have patience for him to get better...right?

She broke the kiss and smiled at him. "Thank you..."

Masaru blushed a bit and nodded. "Y-Yeah..." He cleared his throat. "Was it...good?"

She nodded. "Mhm~"

He smiled a bit. "Really?"

She nodded. "Mhm... perfect..." She took his hands. "So long as you never leave..."

Masaru nodded. "Of course...I would never leave you, sissy." He kissed her cheek.

She smiled. "Will you still runaway with me?"

"Anywhere you wanna go..." He breathed.

She smiled. "Good..." He tensed as she sensed her father's chakra outside - both Kaoru and Riku -- as she could also hear Sayuri and Kana talking to them.

Masaru looked at her. "What's..." He blinked as he heard voices and then frowned. "Oh..."

She squeezed his hand. "I'm in more trouble than you..."

Masaru shook his head. "No...It's all my fault. I wanted to leave, okay?"

"Brother... I punched Hoshiko, not you... all blame is on me..."

Masaru frowned. "But sissy..."

"Masaru... trust me." She breathed.

"Well...I ran away from that doctor guy...so I'm in trouble too." He took her hand.

She sighed.

"Honoka! Masaru!" Riku boomed as he came in, throwing open the door.

Masaru tightened his hand on Honoka's. His eyes were locked onto his fathers.

Kaoru sighed. "Riku...don't be too hard."

"She could have killed my nieces baby. She can't keep getting away with everything, Kaoru."

"But she didn't hurt the baby." Kaoru shook his head. "You can't be so hard on her."

"They need it. They get away with everything."

"Not everything." Kaoru sighed.

"Then what do you suggest?"

"I don't know..." He frowned. "I just got back from work and I'm tired...Did we take away their dessert privileges?" He asked.

"You're kidding, right? That's your idea of a punishment? They're twelve! They knew what they were doing!"

"Then what do you suggest, Riku? You have more experience being a parent than I do..." Kaoru crossed his arms over his chest. "What do we do?"

Riku looked at them. "Separate them."

Honoka's eyes widened. "Like hell!" She hissed.

Masaru shook his head. "Dad! No!"

Kaoru looked between Riku and the twins. "Separate them?"

"Honoka influences him, Kaoru." Riku stated.

"Yes but...I don't know..." Kaoru frowned. He was always softer on the twins than Anita or Riku. He didn't know how to raise the twins.

"Kaoru... we have to..."

Honoka growled as her hair turned bright red.

Kaoru sighed. "If you think it's the best option..."

Masaru shook his head. "No!" He squeezed Honoka's hand. "You can't do that!"

"Watch me." Riku said. "Honoka will go to a friend of mine to be straightened out and you will stay here, son."

"Why does Honoka have to leave?!" He yelled. "That's not fair! Why do you hate her?!"

"We don't hate her. She needs a reality check and I'm going to give her one." Riku said.

"But I have to be with her!" Masaru yelled and wrapped his arms around her, putting his body between her and their fathers.

Kaoru frowned. "Masaru..."

"Then perhaps when she's smartened up you two can be together again." Riku said,

Masaru shook his head. He kept his arms tight around his twin as his back was to their fathers. He couldn't leave her. They had to be together forever.

Honoka looked up at her twin. "I will escape..." She breathed, only for his ears as she leaned up to kiss him.

Masaru kissed her back. "You'll come back for me, right?" He whispered.

"Always..." She breathed.

Riku looked at Kaoru before gripping his daughter's arm. "Come on."

Honoka growled and fought against him, but he was much stronger than she was.

Kaoru held Masaru back as they separated the twins. He was a bit concerned now. Anita wasn't home and this would surely upset her...

"So where is she going?" Kana asked as she had been leaning against the wall outside.

"That's for me to know." He said and kept dragging her.

"What do you think Anita will say?" Sayuri asked as she followed Riku.

"She will be on my side. She knows what it's like to lose a child and Honoka almost created that."

Sayuri frowned. "Oh...so, you think this is best? Separating her from him?"

"Yes. She's the one who makes him act out. We control her, we've fixed the problem."

"What if it's too late to separate them?" She asked. "Like...because they've been together for so long, that he won't change even if she does?"

"I'm running out of options."

Sayuri frowned. "I'm sorry, Riku...I wish there was an easier way..."

He sighed. "So do I... I'll be back." He said and disappeared with her.

...

A knock came to the door of Lyon Kairaku's home. He was out, but his wife and three children were home.

Suzuna blinked as she went to the door, holding her daughter on her hip who clung to her shirt. When she opened the door, she smiled warmly. "Hello, Rikuko...Come in." She opened the door wider for him to come inside.

Riku was still dragging his daughter as he came inside and turned to look at her. "Mom, please help. I'm at my wits end."

Suzuna blinked as she led them to the living room, sitting down and shifting her daughter on her lap. "What's the matter, Rikuko?"

"Honoka." He said, looking up at his daughter. "She doesn't listen and is violent. I can't deal with it. Do you think you and your husband can control her?"

Suzuna looked at him. "Of course. The Kairaku clan is...survival based. Though we're expanding on medicines, it's still quite savage. Our training techniques are quite disciplined as well. Men still look down on women warriors." She told him. "She'll have to grow up and get over anything petty in order to survive here."

"No! You can't leave me here!" Honoka hissed, bringing her first around to knock Riku in the jaw, hard.

Suzuna narrowed her eyes and  snapped her fingers. Crystal formed on Honoka's hands and caused the girl to fall down. The crystals were too heavy to stand up with. "We'll change her." She promised.

Riku winced as he grabbed his jaw that now throbbed painfully.

Suzuna frowned. "I'm sorry about that, dear..."

"Got any ice?" He mumbled.

She nodded as she got up and went to the kitchen to get him an ice pack, coming back and handing it to him. "So...how long do you plan for her to stay?"

"Until she can control herself."

Suzuna nodded. "Alright...then we'll keep her here and send progress reports."

"Thank you so much..." He mumbled, holding the ice to his face.

"I HATE YOU!!" She screamed, tears streaming down her cheeks. "I WANT MASARU!!"

Suzuna nodded. "Don't worry, Rikuko...You can trust us." She smiled softly.

"Thank you... I'll be off now." He said and kissed her cheek before disappearing.

"Dad! Don't leave me here!" She screamed.

Suzuna stood up and went over to Honoka. "I will only say this once. This will be the safest place in the village. If you attempt to run away, I will not stop you. However, you won't leave the village alive." She told her, snapping her fingers so the crystal left Honoka's hands.

Honoka stood up and spit in Suzuna's face. "Burn in hell." She hissed and turned for the door.

"She won't stop you, but I will." Takuma hissed as he pushed her back, causing her to stumble and land on the floor. "How dare you spit on my mother."

Suzuna wiped her face and shook her head. "Don't bother, Takuma. I gave her a warning. It's up to her if she wants to survive or not." She said and went to pick up her daughter. "Now, I have to give Alou a bath."

"But she was sent here to be punished... aren't you going to punish her?" He blinked.

She nodded. "We'll start tomorrow." Suzuna smiled at her son. He didn't realize at how rough this clan was. Suzuna was an actual outsider with no Kairaku blood. She knew that this clan could be vicious, more vicious than he knew. Honoka, being with no shinobi training, wouldn't last. She would need to depend on this family for safety.

"There is no tomorrow!" Honoka cried as she got up and ran off down the hall. All she wanted was to be with Masaru again.

...

"What happened to your jaw?" Kakashi asked his father as he came into the kitchen to get more ice.

"Honoka..." He winced.

"Daddy...that looks nasty." Renata went over to him and gently tilted his head back, frowning.

"Think I should see a doctor?" He sighed. He hadn't gotten to look at it yet.

Renata nodded. "Yes. I think Hatori is still here. Hoshiko is still a bit shaken up and asked if he could switch his shift at the hospital."

He sighed. "I don't want Kaoru or Anita to see it..."

She frowned. "Oh Daddy..." She kissed his cheek. "Let me go get Hatori." She said as she left the kitchen.

"It's really quiet in here~" Tsubaki told her twin as they came into the kitchen.

Kosuke nodded and blinked when he saw Riku. "Ewwiee~ Grandpa, what happened to your face?"

Riku sighed. "Is it that bad?"

"Sorta... you won't want Tomoe to see it either..." Kakashi sighed.

Tsubaki frowned and went over to her grandfather, her kimono flowing behind her. "Grandpa...What happened?" She frowned further and placed her hands on his legs as he sat down.

"Honoka hit me." Riku said.

"Oh no!" Tsubaki wrapped her arms around him. "I'm sorry, Grandpa!"

"You're sorry for what?" Tomoe asked as she came into the kitchen. She looked a little tired but went to the fridge, not getting a good look at Riku's face.

Riku put the icepack back on his face. "Nothing, Tomoe..."

Tomoe turned around, grabbing two bottles from the fridge. Because the twins were so tiny and they were afraid for them, Tomoe had decided not to breast feed and instead put them on bottles immediately. She blinked when she saw Riku's face. "What the hell happened to you?"

He looked away. "Nothing... I'm fine." He was trying to hide the worst of the damage behind the ice pack.

"Honoka hit him." Kosuke stated.

Tomoe blinked. "Well, damn...She has a nice right hook." She went over to him and tried to get a better look at his face. "Was it by surprise?"

He sighed. "Not exactly... I got fed up and took her to... someone's place to be straightened out. She came around and punched me." He explained, pulling his hand down to show her his jaw. "It hurts a lot... hurts to talk too...."

Tomoe inhaled sharply as she made a pained face as if she was the one who was in pain. "Ow...That looks painful." She nodded. "Has anyone looked at it?" She gently tilted his chin to face her.

"Not yet... Renata went to find Hatori... does it really look that bad?" He groaned. "She's just a little girl..."

"Your lower half of your face looks purple. It's as if you got into a bar fight." She breathed. "I wonder where Honoka learned to punch like that..."

He sighed. "I have no idea..."

"Riku?" Hatori came into the room with Renata.

"Hey..."

"Oh dear..." Hatori blinked as he moved to examine Riku's face.

Tomoe nodded. "Looks bad...but at least he can talk. His jaw isn't broken." She breathed.

Renata frowned. "I still don't understand how this could happen..."

"Well, you're right, it's not broken... but just the edge here is fractured." Hatori said.

"Are you kidding?" Riku asked.

He shook his head. "You'll have to stay away from solid foods for a while until it heals, otherwise you can make it worse. That means no oral sex for you either and avoid rough kissing."

Riku sighed. "Great..."

"Wow...to imagine a little girl had that much power." Tomoe breathed.

"Little girl?" Renata tilted her head. "Wait...you mean...Honoka did that to him?"

Riku nodded. "She was mad as usual... and she punched me... if she has enough power to fracture my jaw, I'm surprised she didn't hurt Hoshiko's baby..."

"Yes... she was lucky...." Hatori said.

Tomoe frowned. "Oh Riku..." She sighed and kissed his head. "No matter how hard you try...you'll always have the Kasai curse, huh?" She took his hand.

He sighed and nodded. "What do I tell Kaoru and Anita about my jaw?"

"The truth..." Tomoe told him. "Don't lie and don't hide it...They'll want to know the truth."

He sighed and nodded. "Do you think I could sleep with you tonight? You shift less in bed... I don't want anyone knocking my jaw..."

Tomoe nodded. "Sure..." She smiled. "I'll get you a pillow ready." She kissed his head as she took the bottles of baby formula with her.

Renata frowned. "Oh Daddy..." She took his hand and kissed his head as well.

"I'm not dying guys..." He sighed.

"You should rest." Hatori said. "I'll get you some pain medication." He said and left.

"I know but...I don't like seeing you hurt." Renata pouted. "Although...if you think we're making such a fuss, just wait until Mom sees."

"I don't want to see that... when does she come home again?"

Renata looked at the clock. "They've been out like all day..." She breathed. "Any minute now, I'd assume."

"Then I'm gonna make a run for Tomoe's room..." He said, placing the ice back on his jaw as he made a run for the stairs, only praying she didn't open thre door.

"Riku, you're back." Kaoru was on the stairs, coming down and smiling. He stopped, though, when he saw Riku holding an ice pack. "What happened?" He rushed to his husband.

“Nothing, I'm fine..." He sighed, looking away.

"Riku, here are your pain meds." Hatori said as he came down the stairs with a bottle of pills.

Kaoru turned around. "Pills? Riku...what's going on? Who hit you?" He frowned as he went to look at his husband's jaw.

"Our daughter..." He mumbled, taking the bottle from Hatori as he lowered the ice.

Kaoru frowned even more. Honoka took more of his genes and Kaoru felt responsible for everything the girl did. Now that she had punched Riku, it was as if Kaoru had punched him. "Oh Riku...I'm so sorry..." He breathed.

"Not your fault..." He sighed, covering his jaw again. "I'm going to sleep with Tomoe tonight since it's less of a chance of getting my jaw hit..." He sighed. "Hatori says the edge was fractured...:

“Okay...What do you want me to tell Anita?" He asked, his eyes still locked onto Riku's jaw.

"Um... I don't know... these pills are probably going to knock me out... so... tell her the truth... I took Honoka away, she got angry and hit me... now my jaw is fractured... if I'm needed I'll be in Tomoe's room... and keep an eye on Masaru... who knows what he'll do..."

Kaoru nodded. "Alright...I'm sorry..." He said again before kissing Riku's opposite cheek.

"I love you." He smiled before wincing. "Ow..."

"Take it easy, love." Kaoru told him. "And don't hesitate to ask for anything." He breathed.

"Just so you know, Honoka is with my mother."

Kaoru nodded. "Then...she'll be in good hands."

He nodded. "But as I was talking to Mom, that's when Honoka whirled around and hit me."

"Oh Riku..." Kaoru nodded. "I should've came with you..."

"Kaoru, I'll heal..." He said. "I'll be awake later... I love you." He said and left for Tomoe's room.
